SCHEDULING INFORMATION

New & Standard Session Requests

  • All requests must be reviewed before your appointment in confirmed. This will be handled as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
  • New Clients are asked to pay for their discounted session in advance. This may be done through the Shop ttTHERAPY Page, or an invoice will be emailed to you after submitting a request.
  • New clients are asked to schedule more than 24 Hours in advance. If this is not possible, exceptions will be made at the Therapist's discretion.
  • ALL Sessions will incur a $20 Convenience Charge if scheduled less than 24 hours in advance. The added fee will appear in the confirmation email/text you receive.

Promotions, Gift Cards, Etc.

  • Submissions for any PrePaid Promotional or Special Discount, Gift Card session must be received more than 24 Hours in advance. There can be no exceptions to this policy.
